Annual reports
Each annual report document contains both a report by the Ombudsman and a report by the Committee, as well as commentary on some of the Ombudsman's decisions on complaints completed that year. From 2014-15 full case summaries are no longer included in the body of the annual report but in a separate link under the publications page of the website.
