Each annual report document contains both a report by the Ombudsman and a report by the Committee, as well as summaries of the Ombudsman's decisions on complaints completed that year. From 2014-15 case summaries are no longer included in the body of the annual report but in a separate tab on the website. The annual reports include links to the case summaries. The tab also shows case summaries for 2012-13 and 2013-14, and will be expanded to include case summaries for later years as investigations are completed.
The minutes of each meeting are approved at the subsequent meeting, and published shortly after that meeting. The June 2019 meeting has been postponed to September. The minutes of the March 2019 meeting will be published after that.
